I'm Nick Warren, I tell short stories, really really short.

I try to waste five minutes each day on pointless creativity. Restless voices is the result.

You can follow the naked stories on Twitter, or stay here for the notes and self-congratulation.

I'm also a husband & father, and in my spare time I run Semantic, the UK's most relaxed web studio.

I try not to overthink things.

Cut up a child’s sausages once and he will eat for a day, teach him to cut up his own bloody sausages and he will do it himself.

I admit it... I made myself smile with this one.

But the point is serious. Teaching takes longer, often way longer, than just doing it yourself... but it usually pays back quickly, and keeps paying.

Most of the world's problems, most of my problems (and most of yours) are really caused by short-termism... as I've said elsewhere.

Irony Disclaimer. Do not take shit about short-termism from a guy who's stories are 140 characters or less.
